The auction runs on the Facebook account of Serenata Flowers on the dates specified above. The competition is not sponsored or associated with Facebook in any way. The prize is available for standard next-day delivery to any mainland UK address, no prize or cash alternatives. The winner will be picked on a designated date from all the entries that comply with the competition requirements for the individual week. The winner will be contacted via a comment on a Facebook post or other channels where appropriate. If the winner does not contact us within 5 working days of the announcement, we reserve the right to reject the competition claim. In the rare case that the product is out of stock by the time the winner is selected, Serenata Flowers reserves the right to replace the product with a similar one and the same or higher price range. If the winner decides to share a photo of the prize, SerenataFlowers.com reserves the right to use the photo on promotional materials and social media.
