What do you do as an ambassador?

As an ambassador, you spread the good word about our company by completing simple activities on social media and other channels. For any completed and approved activity, you earn points which can be exchanged for rewards (bouquets in the value of £20-45, vouchers, gift cards, etc.)

What does Serenata Flowers expect from ambassadors?

We expect our ambassadors to act as advocates for the Serenata Flowers brand and help to maintain its positive image and reputation through sharing their experience with the brand online.

What are the next steps?

After submitting the Application Form and signing up for a serenataflowers.brandchamp.io account, you will go through an approval process. Once approved, you will be given access to the Ambassador portal where you will find all available activities and rewards. Simply fill in the form and start earning your points today. We can’t wait to see your pictures and read your reviews and stories!

Ambassador Program Agreement

Participation

By participating in the Serenata Flowers Limited (the “Company”) Brand Ambassador Program, you – applicant (the “Brand Ambassador”) are agreeing to all the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Company reserves the right to decline applications if it feels like the potential Brand Ambassador is not a good fit or there are no more places available in the program.
  2. Brand Ambassador must be located in the UK.
  3. Brand Ambassador must be 18 years or older to participate.
  4. Brand Ambassador must be personally experienced with our products as the Company’s customer or the recipient.
  5. Brand Ambassador must be in compliance with all the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
  6. Brand Ambassador must have and actively use at least one of the following social media channel: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter.
  7. Brand Ambassador must have a social following that is like our target demographic (the UK based women ages 25 +).
  8. In case the Instagram account was chosen as the main social media account, Brand Ambassador must have at least 500 followers.
  9. Brand Ambassador is comfortable with sharing photos of the Company’s products and the Company reserves right to repost them on its website, blog and social media accounts.
  10. Brand Ambassador agrees to complete at least 2 mandatory activities per month (30 days), which can be to write a review on the listed forum, share the Company’s post on its Facebook page, etc.
  11. Brand Ambassador agrees to follow at least one of our accounts listed below: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.

Brand Ambassador may not:

  1. Take any action that could reasonably cause any confusion as to Brand Ambassador’s relationship with the Company.
  2. Do anything harmful to the Company’s image and reputation.
  3. Share any coupon code, vouchers code, gift card, etc gained as a reward as rewards are intended only for our Brand Ambassadors to use.
  4. Participate in any promotion, advertising, marketing, or sale of any imitation of the Company services.
  5. Use paid advertising, search, or social pages for promoting Links or other activities listed in the Program.
  6. Disclose the activities, rewards and other information available in the Ambassador portal to any third party.
  7. Get involved in a similar program by a competing business while still participating in this program.

Activities:

Serenata Flowers Brand Ambassador Program offers different activities on the choice of Brand Ambassador to complete for earning points, which could be exchanged for rewards listed here.

  1. All available activities can be viewed in its Ambassadors portal by clicking here.
  2. Brand Ambassador should carefully read the activities description and requirements before completing the activity.
  3. Some of the activities include a few tasks.
  4. Brand Ambassador does not automatically earn the points after completing an activity or task.
  5. Points earn only if the submitted activity was approved by the Company’s team.
  6. Once activity submitted, Brand Ambassador receives in its the Ambassadors portal the push message confirming that task submitted and activity pending review.
  7. All activities pending review can be viewed in its Ambassadors portal by clicking here.
  8. Each and every activity is carefully reviewed by the Company’s team before the approval or rejection.
  9. Brand Ambassador receives review feedback email in case of rejection.
  10. Some of the rejected activities can be resubmitted after editing it in order to meet the requirements and recommendation mentioned in the feedback email.
  11. Resubmitted activity will be available in the activity pending review again.
  12. Once the activity was approved, Brand Ambassador receives a confirmation email.  
  13. Approved activities can always view approved activities in its Ambassadors portal by clicking here.
  14. If the task requires, Brand Ambassador must be comfortable with sharing photos of the Company’s flowers or other products on its social media accounts using the special hashtag given in the activity description. In this Brand Ambassador shall be the sole owner of the photos shared for completing the activity.
  15. By submitting the task required photo sharing, Brand Ambassador automatically gives the Company usage rights for shared photos on its website, blog, social media account, paid ads without requiring special permission of Brand Ambassador.

Rewards:

Serenata Flowers Brand Ambassador Program gives a chance to all Brand Ambassador get different rewards as bouquets, coupon codes, gift cards etc.

  1. Available rewards can be viewed in the Ambassadors portal by clicking here.
  2. Brand Ambassador earns points for each completed and approved activity.
  3. The number of points varies depending on the activity.
  4. To get approval, all requirements listed in the description field of each species must be taken into account.
  5. The reward can be claimed once there are enough points on the account.
  6. Each and every reward request will be reviewed. Pending rewards can be viewed here.
  7. Once the request was approved, Brand Ambassador receives an email that the selected rewards have been issued. Issued rewards can be viewed here.
  8. By the Bouquet, the reward is meant receiving the digital voucher code with a certain value, depending on the reward.
  9. The voucher code can be applied for purchasing any available bouquets on the Company’s website serenataflowers.com within its voucher value. It cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers.
  10. The voucher is meant receiving the digital voucher code with a certain amount of discount.
  11. The voucher code can be applied for receiving a discount on the purchase of any available products on the Company’s website serenataflowers.com.
  12. The delivery cost is not included in any of the listed rewards. Brand Ambassador has to cover the delivery cost itself.
  13. All available rewards have an expiry date, usually 30 since the issue of the reward.
  14. The Company may provide additional reward points to top performing Brand Ambassadors based on its own discretion.
  15. All voucher codes earned by participation Serenata Flowers Brand Ambassador Program are intended only for the Brand Ambassadors usage and can’t be given and gifted to the third party.
  1. The Company’s discretion, it may increase, change, or modify reward distributions at any time with no liability or further obligations to Brand Ambassadors.

General:

  1. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as the Company’s employee for any reason.
  2. The Company reserves the unconditional right to accept or deny any Brand Ambassador who applies. Submitting this application form does not mean you are entitled to enroll in this program. The Company’s team carefully reviews each and every of the application forms before accepting a new ambassador. Once Brand Ambassador is chosen, the Brand Ambassador will receive a welcome on board email.
  3. The Company uses the services of Brandchamp.io to remit rewards to its ambassadors. In order to distribute the ambassador’s reward, Brand Ambassador must have the applicable information linked to its account in the Ambassador portal. This includes, and is not limited to, email for distribution of digital vouchers and coupons and mailing address for the distribution of physical rewards if there are any. BrandChamp Limited is a third-party service provider, the Company will not have any liability or support obligations for any issues relating to your serenataflowers.brandchamp.io account.
  4. The Brand Ambassador Program does not pay monetary commissions.
  5. There is absolutely no cost to be a Serenata Flowers Brand Ambassador.

Termination:

  1. This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Brand Ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party.
  2. The Company may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
  3. Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written a notice of termination.
  4. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Brand Ambassador’s position in the program due to inactivity.

Confidential agreement:

  1. The Brand Ambassador shall not disclose the terms of this Agreement to any third party.
  2. The activities, rewards and other information available in the Ambassador portal is confidential and shall not disclose to any third party.
  3. The Brand Ambassador hereby agrees not to copy, alter, share, use, duplicate, distribute, or adapt any of the Program’s confidential information.  
  4. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, the following types of private information and other proprietary information of a similar nature regarding Serenata Flowers Brand Ambassadors Program: software password, software username, list of activities and tasks, description of activities and tasks, list, type and value of rewards, technical data, and other similar information that is proprietary to and confidential information of the SerenataFlowers.com limited.

Privacy Policy:

The Company values Brand Ambassador’s privacy. The Company will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose Brand Ambassador’s personal information. Any information Brand Ambassador gives to the Company online over the platform serenataflowers.brandchamp.io will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which Brand Ambassador have not consented.

What information do we collect from you and why do we need it

To ensure that you are suitable for being our Brand Ambassador and for communicating effectively with you, it is very important that you provide us with accurate personal information. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may ask for the following personal information:

  1. Full Name, email address.
  2. Demographic information such as city, preferences, and interests.
  3. Links to Brand Ambassador social media accounts, blogs and its numbers of followers and readers.
  4. Brand Ambassadors marketing communication preferences.
  5. Brand Ambassadors activities and issued rewards within Serenata Flowers Brand Ambassador Program.

Who we share Brand Ambassador information with

In order to manage Brand Ambassador Program and provide the services, the Company may need to provide your information to its trusted third party partners, for example, its software partners BrandChamp Limited to provide the Company with a safe and secure platform for managing Brand Ambassador Program.

Brand Ambassador has the right to request a copy of the information that the Company holds about Brand Ambassador, however, the Company does have certain obligations to keep data records for legal and accounting purposes. Please send us an email at gdpr-request@serenataflowers.com  outlining your request and we will reply within 14 working days.

– By submitting this Agreement, Brand Ambassador allows the Company the rights to use the assets including images shared within Serenata Flowers Brand Ambassador Program. This allowance is not transferable to a third party.

– By submitting this Agreement, Brand Ambassador agrees to receive regular email newsletters from SerenataFlowers.com. This service brings to Brand Ambassador details of monthly special offers and product promotions as well as information on new products. Brand Ambassador can manage the newsletter service subscription any time by clicking here. (optional)

Entries are limited,  please do not apply if you know that you will not be able to execute and promptly handle getting the tasks done every 30 days or keep in contact with us.
